Dog Days of Summer at Jerry Smith Farm: Pet-Friendly Event in Kenosha, WI

Dog Days of Summer Returns June 21 and 22 with Live Music, Local Vendors, and Tail-Wagging Fun

Jerry Smith Farm is going to the dogs, on purpose.

As part of the farm’s 50th anniversary celebration, this year’s Dog Days of Summer weekend promises two full days of pet-friendly fun, live entertainment, and family activities for all ages. The event will take place Saturday and Sunday, June 21 and 22, from 10 AM to 4 PM at Jerry Smith Farm in Somers, Wisconsin.

Launched in 2024, Dog Days of Summer was created to give families a chance to bring their dogs along for a summer outing at the farm. Now in its second year, the event continues to grow into a beloved tradition.

“We started offering dog-friendly events in our 49th year because we know how important dogs are to our families,” said Amy Smith, co-owner of Jerry Smith Farm. “As we celebrate 50 years, continuing to grow this event feels like the perfect way to honor the legacy of our farm. We’ve always been a place for families to make memories, and for many of us, that includes our pets.”
