We are excited to welcome you to our farm, which is conveniently located between Chicago and Milwaukee. To make your visit as fun as possible, please plan ahead. We provide rolling carts to make carrying all those pumpkins, cookies and produce easier.

This is a farm and the ground you will be walking on is most likely grass, gravel, dirt or a field. We want you and your family to be prepared and to have a great experience.

We accept cash and credit/debit cards (we do not accept American Express, however).

Please note that card purchases require a minimum of $5.00.

We do not accept checks. During special events, we do have an ATM onsite.

We gets lots of calls every week from people who are planning their trip to our farm. We are always happy to answer questions about what makes the Jerry Smith Farm so special! Here are some of our most frequently asked questions:

Great question! The answer depends on when you call. We try to update our automated message once a week during the growing season. What is available varies throughout the harvest season and also depends on when we are able to get the seeds planted earlier in the year. Our staff can provide more details on all of our home-grown produce.

Yes and yes! Come to our Sweet Corn Festival in August for a special sampling of our corn-and take home a dozen ears (or two or three) to enjoy!

Special events at the Jerry Smith Farm are so much fun! Mark your calendars and plan to join us June 8-9, 10:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. for our Babies on the Farm Festival. Our newly expanded Harvest Festival kicks off on Saturday, August 31 and runs through Labor Day on Monday, September 2. Come to our Sweet Corn Festival in August for a special sampling of our corn-and take home a dozen ears (or two or three) to enjoy!

Yes, we are thankful to our friends in the military and offer a 10% discount.

The waiting is the hardest part! While our famous orange frosted cookies aren’t officially available until we open in the fall, we do sell them at special events like Babies On The Farm and the Sweet Corn Festival. Special event hours are 10:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.

Our pumpkins come in all sizes, shapes and colors and are priced by size.

Yes! Starting in June, we offer a PYO option for $25. You can pick your produce and put as much as you can fit in one of our generously sized crates.
